If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 5 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question or re-print the complete order.
Indeed, Inkprint.in takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
1. Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
2. Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
3. Design errors by the customer in the artwork creation process.
4. Errors in selecting options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
5. Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
